The Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of law at Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supercedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

Without limiting the foregoing, ASPIRE shall have the right to immediately terminate your access and use of the Site, or any portion of the Site, in the event of any conduct by you which ASPIRE, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by you of the Terms and Conditions. The provisions of Sections 4, 9, 12 and this Section 14 shall survive any termination of this agreement.
